  • There will be some disruption to your phone, broadband and ISDN services in the months and weeks leading up to the work and on the nights when your services get switched-on. This will typically mean that you will be unable to make outbound calls for up to three minutes or receive incoming calls for up to 30 minutes when phone services are switched-on. If you have a broadband service, this will be interrupted for up to 10 minutes when broadband services are switched-on.
  • However, for the period these service interruptions last, you won’t be able to make any calls using your landlines. This includes calls to the emergency services .
  • We’ve been carrying out a great deal of testing and it’s very unlikely that any of your office equipment or technology will be affected.
  • See how comprehensive our equipment compatibility testing procedures are.
  • There will be some interruptions to new orders for telecoms products and services on your switched-on dates.
  • Some broadband services may remain on the old network and others will be switched-on to the new network over time. However, all broadband services will continue to work normally.
