Find out when your home phone may be switched-on
To see when your home phone line may be switched-on to BT's new network, just enter your telephone number in the box below.*
Use this printable checklist in PDF format to make a note of when you'll be switched-on.
* Please note: Getting the country switched-on is a massive project for the UK's telecoms industry, taking place over a number of years. Plans for switching-on and other details may change. This look-up tool is designed to give you an indication of when you may get switched-on but the date could be subject to change. We will send you an information pack about a week before your line is due to be switched-on to give you a more precise date.
Mobile phones
Your mobile phone isn't directly affected by the switched-on programme, so mobile numbers won't be recognised if you enter them.
Broadband
Broadband services will have a separate switched-on date. We'll be releasing broadband switched-on dates shortly, so please check back soon. Some broadband services may remain on the old network and others will be switched-on to the new network over time. However, all broadband services will continue to work normally.
ISDN
ISDN services will have a separate switched-on date. We'll be releasing these switched-on dates soon, so please check back again.
